My name is Julian Phipps, I am a qualified timber floor installer and floor sander with a Masters degree in Parquet and Flooring from the Technical Institute for trade Studies in Germany. With over 14 years experience in the European and New Zealand market I bring expertise and skill to every job. I believe that quality products paired with quality workmanship equals a job well done.
